I appreciate the extra work they put in when they realized that our windows might leak in the future. Added work and days to the job and they could have just skipped it and still have done their job. They worked when it was over 100 degrees and had to take days off due to rain-- very flexible and available when we had questions. Looks great.

Had my Stucco hairline cracks looked at by them. Great experience! It didn't end up needing repair (and I commend that they'll tell you if that's the case). Will be calling them for sure next time when the time comes. Worked with Kip, He examined all the cracks/surroundings, made sure everything looks great, he was great! It has been just over a year since I had these guys redo our old stucco. Even a year later I am still very impressed with the great work they have done! Shaan and Juan were great to work with from start to finish. Every detail was discussed and complete perfectly. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had an excellent experience having our stucco repaired. Since it was a repair, they had to color match the existing, and you cannot even tell where the repairs were at. They were very quick and did great work.
They only downside was a small add-on. The repairman said "while I am right here do you want me to patch that area as well?" referring to an adjacent area that had a small area of damage. We agreed thinking since they were already there, the cost would be fairly minimal. Ended up being $175 more. Our bad for not clarifying, but we assumed it would be maybe $50 or so.
Overall highly recommended.

We had a problem with water coming into the basement from the roof then behind the aluminum siding and brick work. We had Shaan come out and evaluate the problem and he provided us a quote on time. All of the workers worked extremely hard in very cold weather dealing with the roofing, siding, brickwork and interior drywall. They uncovered more damage than expected and did the necessary additional work to make us feel comfortable. Long hours were worked, and I couldn't be more pleased with the end results. I would highly recommend RAM Builders

Shaan and Ram Builders were great to work with. Very responsive to all our questions and the house looks amazing. We had to replace one side of stucco completely and decided to refinish and change the rest of the house's color at the same time. The work was done quickly and professionally. We are very happy with our experience with Ram Builders! We had stucco damage that was allowing water to leak in through the walls. Ram Builders repaired the stucco and dealt with the rotted wood underneath. They also fixed the connections between the roof/gutters and the walls to hopefully prevent the same issues from happening again. Shaan was knowledgeable and responsive to all my questions and his team did a great job!
They were busy with other jobs when we first contacted them, so it took several weeks from when Shaan initially looked at our house to when they started the work. But Shaan was upfront about this and was good at keeping us updated while we waited so we knew they hadn’t forgotten about us.

Shaan from Ram Builders is my HERO!! That is not an exaggeration at all!
He showed up quickly after our 1st call reviewed fully and carefully his repair plan for our circumstance and gave us a fair and honest bid ( we had 5) within 1 day and then had his crew out working on our home within 2 more days. They worked three long hard days in not great weather to complete our repair. It looks great and we have no doubt about how well and how long this repair will last as we watched Rams skilled Stucco and Stone experts and others working this repair. I honestly feel I hit the jackpot of fair and honest Contractors when I met Shaan. I will keep him in my phone and recommend to all my family friends and associates because I am that pleased! If I could give a 10 or a 100 here you would see that! Excellent Service!

We wanted to replace our worn, 40 year old aluminum siding with stucco and stone. I did a lot of research into stucco companies around here, and was mostly unimpressed. We went with Ram Builders because I thought they would do a high quality job. And they sure delivered. I was incredibly impressed with Juan and his team. They were not only knowledgeable and experienced, but also respectful and very friendly. They were also amazingly fast; not in a shoddy way, but in the way an accomplished musician is adept at playing a complex piece. There were hiccups along the way, such as when they discovered that half of our house had been built with a flimsy kind of paperboard instead of plywood, but Ram always came through with a solution and made things right. We are so happy with our beautiful new home, and we are confident of the craftsmanship that went into it.
